1負載應在規格界(jie)限范圍內(nei)。

請根據可搬重量,允許(xu)力矩進行型(xing)號(hao)的選(xuan)(xuan)定。如在規(gui)格(ge)范(fan)圍外使用,會向(xiang)導(dao)(dao)桿(gan)部施加(jia)過大的偏向(xiang)負(fu)載(zai)重,導(dao)(dao)致導(dao)(dao)桿(gan)部產生間(jian)隙(xi)精度(du)惡化等從而影響壽命。另外選(xuan)(xuan)擇帶磁環·開關導(dao)(dao)軌可選(xuan)(xuan)項(xiang)的場合,可能出現導(dao)(dao)桿(gan)下彎(wan),磁性開關不動作(zuo)的情況。

2請勿在有過大的(de)外力或沖擊力作用的(de)狀態下使用。

會成為故障的原因。

3導桿機構上會有因為外(wai)部原因引(yin)起(qi)工件振動的(de)場(chang)合。此種由(you)于工件振動而產生問題的(de)場(chang)合,請勿使(shi)用。

4當(dang)電(dian)動(dong)(dong)執行(xing)器以小行(xing)程(cheng)(參照(zhao)下表)反復往(wang)返的場合,每往(wang)返幾十次,進行(xing)一(yi)次全行(xing)程(cheng)動(dong)(dong)作。

5步進電機的(de)定(ding)位寬度請設定(ding)在(zai)1以上會有不(bu)能輸出(chu)定(ding)位完成信號的(de)場合,

6關(guan)于INP輸出信(xin)號

定位(wei)運轉相對(dui)于目標位(wei)置(zhi),在進入步信息(xi)【定位(wei)寬(kuan)度(du)】中設定的范圍時INP輸出信號變(bian)為ON:初期值(zhi):請設定在[1]以上。

7除原點回(hui)歸以外,絕對不能碰(peng)撞上行(xing)(xing)程末端(duan)。若由于在規格范圍外使(shi)用或是(shi)對控制器(qi)/驅動(dong)器(qi)的設定,原點位(wei)置進行(xing)(xing)了(le)變更,從而(er)執行(xing)(xing)了(le)如超出實際行(xing)(xing)程移動(dong)的錯誤運轉指示(shi),運轉時在執行(xing)(xing)器(qi)的行(xing)(xing)程末端(duan),滑(hua)臺(tai)(移動(dong)體)會(hui)發生碰(peng)撞現(xian)象。請(qing)仔細確認后使(shi)用。若滑(hua)臺(tai)在行(xing)(xing)程末端(duan)發生了(le)碰(peng)撞,導軌,同步(bu)帶、內部(bu)限位(wei)器(qi)會(hui)因損壞而(er)無法正常動(dong)作,請(qing)注意。

8定位(wei)推(tui)力請使用初期(qi)值(100%)。如(ru)果在(zai)初期(qi)值以下使用會發(fa)(fa)生(sheng)工(gong)(gong)作節拍混(hun)亂、發(fa)(fa)生(sheng)報(bao)警。5本執行器的實際速度會因負載而變化(hua)。選定時,請在(zai)參(can)考樣本選定方(fang)法的基礎上使用,6原點(dian)回歸時,請勿施加(jia)搬運負載以外的沖擊、阻抗。原點(dian)位(wei)置有可能偏移。這是為了(le)檢測出電機(ji)力矩(ju)和原點(dian)位(wei)置,⑦主體、臺面(mian)的安(an)裝(zhuang)面(mian)上不能有撞(zhuang)擊痕、傷痕等安(an)裝(zhuang)面(mian)的平(ping)面(mian)度差,會導(dao)致(zhi)導(dao)軌部(bu)(bu)產生(sheng)間(jian)(jian)隙、滑動(dong)(dong)阻抗增(zeng)加(jia)。8工(gong)(gong)件安(an)裝(zhuang)時,請勿施加(jia)較強的沖擊和過大的力矩(ju)。以允(yun)許(xu)力矩(ju)以上的外力動(dong)(dong)作的話,會導(dao)致(zhi)導(dao)軌部(bu)(bu)產生(sheng)間(jian)(jian)隙,滑動(dong)(dong)阻抗增(zeng)加(jia)。

9安裝平(ping)面度應在0.2mm以下(xia),

向(xiang)本(ben)體安裝的工件,如(ru)底(di)板等的平面度變差(cha)的話,會(hui)導致導軌部產生(sheng)間隙,滑(hua)動阻抗(kang)增加。

10本(ben)體安(an)裝(zhuang)時,電纜的(de)彎曲尺寸請(qing)確保在40mm以(yi)上①)在定位運轉及定位范圍內,請(qing)勿使滑臺碰撞上工件。12持(chi)本(ben)體搬運的(de)場合,請(qing)手持(chi)端板,而不(bu)要(yao)拿住同步帶(dai)罩部,
