SMC電動執行器使用注意事項

1負(fu)載(zai)應在(zai)規格界限范圍內。

請根據可(ke)搬重量,允許力(li)矩進行型號的(de)選定。如在規格范(fan)圍外(wai)使用(yong),會向導(dao)(dao)桿(gan)部施加過大的(de)偏向負載重,導(dao)(dao)致導(dao)(dao)桿(gan)部產生間隙(xi)精度惡化等從而影響壽命。另外(wai)選擇(ze)帶磁(ci)(ci)環·開(kai)關導(dao)(dao)軌可(ke)選項的(de)場合,可(ke)能出現導(dao)(dao)桿(gan)下彎,磁(ci)(ci)性(xing)開(kai)關不動作(zuo)的(de)情況。

2請勿(wu)在有過大的外力或沖(chong)擊力作用(yong)的狀態(tai)下使(shi)用(yong)。

會成為故障的原因。

3導(dao)桿(gan)機構上會有因(yin)(yin)為(wei)外(wai)部原(yuan)因(yin)(yin)引起工(gong)件(jian)(jian)振動的場(chang)合。此(ci)種由于工(gong)件(jian)(jian)振動而產生問題的場(chang)合,請(qing)勿使用。

4當電動(dong)執行(xing)器以小(xiao)行(xing)程(cheng)(參照下表)反復往(wang)返的場合,每(mei)往(wang)返幾十次(ci),進(jin)行(xing)一(yi)次(ci)全行(xing)程(cheng)動(dong)作。

5步進(jin)電機的(de)定位(wei)寬(kuan)度請設定在1以上會有不能輸出定位(wei)完(wan)成(cheng)信(xin)號的(de)場合,

6關于INP輸出信號(hao)

定(ding)位(wei)運轉(zhuan)相(xiang)對于目標位(wei)置,在進入步信息【定(ding)位(wei)寬度】中(zhong)設定(ding)的范圍(wei)時INP輸出信號變為ON:初期值:請設定(ding)在[1]以上(shang)。

7除原點(dian)回(hui)歸以外,絕(jue)對不能(neng)碰撞(zhuang)(zhuang)上行(xing)(xing)程末(mo)端(duan)。若由于在(zai)規(gui)格范圍外使用或是對控制器/驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)器的設定,原點(dian)位置進行(xing)(xing)了變更,從而執行(xing)(xing)了如(ru)超出實際行(xing)(xing)程移動(dong)(dong)(dong)的錯誤運轉(zhuan)指示,運轉(zhuan)時在(zai)執行(xing)(xing)器的行(xing)(xing)程末(mo)端(duan),滑臺(tai)(移動(dong)(dong)(dong)體)會發生(sheng)碰撞(zhuang)(zhuang)現象。請仔細(xi)確認后使用。若滑臺(tai)在(zai)行(xing)(xing)程末(mo)端(duan)發生(sheng)了碰撞(zhuang)(zhuang),導軌(gui),同步帶、內部限(xian)位器會因損壞而無法正常(chang)動(dong)(dong)(dong)作,請注意(yi)。

8定位推力(li)(li)(li)(li)請使(shi)(shi)用初期值(zhi)(100%)。如果在初期值(zhi)以(yi)下(xia)使(shi)(shi)用會(hui)發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作節拍混(hun)亂、發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)報警。5本(ben)執行器的(de)(de)(de)實際速度會(hui)因(yin)負(fu)載而變化。選定時,請在參考樣本(ben)選定方法的(de)(de)(de)基礎上(shang)使(shi)(shi)用,6原(yuan)點回(hui)歸時,請勿施加搬運負(fu)載以(yi)外(wai)的(de)(de)(de)沖(chong)擊、阻抗。原(yuan)點位置有可(ke)能偏移。這是為了檢測出電機力(li)(li)(li)(li)矩和原(yuan)點位置,⑦主體、臺(tai)面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)安(an)裝面(mian)上(shang)不能有撞擊痕、傷痕等安(an)裝面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)平面(mian)度差,會(hui)導致導軌(gui)部產生(sheng)(sheng)間隙(xi)、滑(hua)動(dong)阻抗增加。8工(gong)件安(an)裝時,請勿施加較強(qiang)的(de)(de)(de)沖(chong)擊和過大的(de)(de)(de)力(li)(li)(li)(li)矩。以(yi)允許力(li)(li)(li)(li)矩以(yi)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)力(li)(li)(li)(li)動(dong)作的(de)(de)(de)話(hua),會(hui)導致導軌(gui)部產生(sheng)(sheng)間隙(xi),滑(hua)動(dong)阻抗增加。

9安裝平(ping)面(mian)度應在0.2mm以下,

向本體安(an)裝的工件(jian),如底板等(deng)的平面度(du)變差的話(hua),會(hui)導(dao)致(zhi)導(dao)軌(gui)部產生間(jian)隙,滑動阻抗(kang)增加。
