SMC電動執行器使用注意事項

1負(fu)載(zai)應在規格界限范圍內。

請(qing)根據可(ke)搬重量(liang),允許力矩進行(xing)型(xing)號的選定。如在(zai)規(gui)格范(fan)圍外(wai)使用(yong),會向導桿(gan)部施加過大(da)的偏向負載重,導致導桿(gan)部產(chan)生間隙精度惡化等從而影響壽命。另外(wai)選擇帶(dai)磁環·開(kai)關導軌可(ke)選項的場合,可(ke)能出現導桿(gan)下彎(wan),磁性開(kai)關不動(dong)作的情況(kuang)。

2請勿在有過(guo)大的(de)外力(li)或沖擊力(li)作用的(de)狀態下使用。

會成為故障的原因。

3導桿機構上會有(you)因(yin)為外部原(yuan)因(yin)引起工件振動(dong)的(de)場合(he)。此種由于工件振動(dong)而產(chan)生問(wen)題(ti)的(de)場合(he),請勿使用。

4當電動(dong)(dong)執行器以小行程(參照下表)反(fan)復往返的場(chang)合,每往返幾十次(ci),進行一(yi)次(ci)全行程動(dong)(dong)作。

5步進電機的(de)定(ding)位寬度請設定(ding)在1以(yi)上會有不能輸出定(ding)位完成信號的(de)場合(he),

6關(guan)于(yu)INP輸(shu)出信號

定(ding)(ding)位運轉相對于(yu)目標(biao)位置,在進入步信息【定(ding)(ding)位寬度】中(zhong)設定(ding)(ding)的范圍時INP輸出信號(hao)變為(wei)ON:初期值(zhi):請設定(ding)(ding)在[1]以上。

7除原點回歸(gui)以外,絕對不能碰(peng)撞上行程末(mo)端。若由于在規格范圍外使用或是對控制器(qi)(qi)/驅動(dong)器(qi)(qi)的(de)設定(ding),原點位置進行了(le)變(bian)更,從而執行了(le)如超出實際行程移(yi)動(dong)的(de)錯誤運轉(zhuan)指示,運轉(zhuan)時在執行器(qi)(qi)的(de)行程末(mo)端,滑臺(移(yi)動(dong)體)會(hui)發生(sheng)碰(peng)撞現象(xiang)。請仔細確(que)認后(hou)使用。若滑臺在行程末(mo)端發生(sheng)了(le)碰(peng)撞,導軌,同(tong)步帶(dai)、內部(bu)限位器(qi)(qi)會(hui)因損壞(huai)而無法正常動(dong)作,請注意。

8定位推力(li)(li)請(qing)使用(yong)初期(qi)值(100%)。如果在(zai)初期(qi)值以(yi)下(xia)使用(yong)會發生工作節拍混亂、發生報(bao)警。5本執(zhi)行器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)實際(ji)速度(du)會因負載(zai)而變化。選定時(shi),請(qing)在(zai)參考樣本選定方(fang)法的(de)(de)(de)基礎上(shang)使用(yong),6原(yuan)點(dian)回歸時(shi),請(qing)勿施(shi)加搬(ban)運(yun)負載(zai)以(yi)外的(de)(de)(de)沖(chong)擊、阻抗。原(yuan)點(dian)位置(zhi)有(you)可能偏移(yi)。這是為了檢測出電(dian)機力(li)(li)矩和(he)原(yuan)點(dian)位置(zhi),⑦主體、臺面的(de)(de)(de)安裝(zhuang)面上(shang)不能有(you)撞擊痕、傷(shang)痕等(deng)安裝(zhuang)面的(de)(de)(de)平面度(du)差,會導致導軌部產(chan)生間隙、滑動(dong)阻抗增加。8工件(jian)安裝(zhuang)時(shi),請(qing)勿施(shi)加較(jiao)強(qiang)的(de)(de)(de)沖(chong)擊和(he)過大的(de)(de)(de)力(li)(li)矩。以(yi)允許力(li)(li)矩以(yi)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)外力(li)(li)動(dong)作的(de)(de)(de)話,會導致導軌部產(chan)生間隙,滑動(dong)阻抗增加。

9安裝平面度(du)應在0.2mm以下,

向本體安裝的工(gong)件,如底板(ban)等的平面度變(bian)差的話,會導致導軌部產生間隙,滑(hua)動阻抗增加。

10本體安裝時,電纜的彎(wan)曲(qu)尺寸(cun)請(qing)確(que)保在(zai)(zai)40mm以上①)在(zai)(zai)定位(wei)運(yun)轉及定位(wei)范圍(wei)內,請(qing)勿使滑臺碰撞上工件(jian)。12持本體搬運(yun)的場合(he),請(qing)手持端板,而不要拿住同步帶罩部,
